Rehabilitation of the 12 units on the site today was completed in 1990.<\/p>\n<p>In 1995, the construction of Marlborough Crossing at the site of the former \u201cRailroad Inn\u201d on Duke Street added another 16 public housing units.<\/p>\n<p>The Waiting list for our Public Housing 2-3 bedroom units will be open starting September 7, 2017 and will be opened indefinitely.
